In 2013, I started my first Etsy shop selling handmade graduation leis, and ended up making $1700 in profit in just under 3 months.
After the graduation season ended, I opened my second Etsy shop offering products that would sell year round. And in less than five months, I made over $23k in sales.
Not bad for my first year in business.
